I think I can safely say that I really should sleep more.


Surviving on less than 4 hours of sleep on a regular basis just can’t be healthy.
Sleeping for less than 2 hours is even worse.

Can someone please get me out of my own head?

    But don’t worry, I’ve been sleeping a little bit better this week. Thanks for worrying. :)
